Certification of Heat Exchanger

We hope you are having a great start off the quarantine and can help us out with our new delieveries in Russia.
For a Lukoil project , we deliver a cooling system consisting of heat exchangers.
We found out that the EAC/ TRCU certifications apply to the entire project.
We would like to ask you which EAC-Certificates of compliance to Technical Regulations of the Customs Unionwe require in this case.
The duration of these certificates shall be as minimum one year from the time of supply of the cooling equipment.
Can you create us a preliminar offer? Which technical documentantions do you need to make an exact offer?
